The Mystery Babylon of Today

The Mystery Babylon described in the Book of Revelation is already here. We don't have to wait until the start of the Tribulation before it suddenly appears. I would like to describe some observations that I have about the Mystery Babylon that I believe exists today:
Revelation 17:1-2. And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will show unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
Mystery Babylon (MB) sits upon many waters: the waters are the nations of the world. MB greatly influences them by the many sinful ideas that it expounds upon through it's media, it's parliament or legislature, it's universities and it's agencies. It influences the nations of the world because of it's great military presence in the world. The nations will think twice before they want to engage it in military confrontations.
MB greatly influences the nations of the world because of it's extremely powerful economy. Those that comply with the ideals of MB will receive grants of money and military equipment and training.
MB greatly influences the various presidents of the world to enact their own legislation that corresponds with the legislation of MB. If MB passes a sinful law, many of the nations of the world will enact similar legislation.
MB continues in a downward spiral concerning Christianity. At one time, this was a Christian nation; leaders of this country at one time would publicly state that God should be served. Many of its people were openly Christian. Today, Christianity is continually downgraded by MB. Laws are being passed that contradict Christian principles. It stresses freedom of the individual to do anything they want to do including blaspheming God and His Holy Bible. It puts emphasis on sexual immorality: just about any sexual sin is okay. The name of God is continually used as a sware word including the name of God the Father and Jesus Christ.
Here are some observations regarding the Mystery Babylon of today:
The downward spiral of Mystery Babylon could be stopped and even reversed. The Christian holds the key to returning MB to being a faithful Christian nation. Mystery Babylon could turn around immediately and be blessed by God if Christians would obey the following scripture:
2 Chronicles 7:14 If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Are there some Christians that obey the verse in 2 Chronicles? It is my prayer that many will humble themselves before God, stop sinning, pray and follow Him .

- It has an extremely rich economy.
- It has an extremely powerful military.
- It influences the nations of the world through it's legislature, it's media and it's business leaders and their companies.
- It continually preaches Evolution and the Big
Bang theory through it's media. It's media
continually says that there are intelligent
civilizations in the Universe and that they have
visited the earth in the past and will
eventually revisit it in the future.
- It is starting to say that Christianity is a fable but that other types of religion are okay to believe
- It is starting to say that the Holy Bible contains fables and those that believe it are stupid
- It is starting to say that the Holy Bible contains hate material
- It says that Christians are intolerant.
- According to the Holy Bible some of the newest legislation from this country regarding many topics is wrong and anti Biblical.
- It says that you as an individual must get all you can possibly get in terms of wealth, fame and sensual fulfillment
- It says personal glorification should be a major target in your life
- It continually puts down the father in a family as stupid and self-controlling. The father should not be ruling the family.
- Many people in this country are afraid of saying anything against sinful legislation that gets enacted. Left wing values cannot be spoken against and those that do might soon come under some kind of punishment. People must say Politically Correct things and say nothing against any left wing legislation. If the Political Correctness gets any stronger, people may have to behave like the citizens of Germany did under Nazi rule and be afraid of saying anything at all against these PC rules.
- The rights of those people that have laws passed that favor them take precedence over any traditional Christian laws or behaviors.
- Any legislators or national leaders that say what is traditionally right are made fun of by the media.
- MB has rich and intelligence business leaders. These are the world's great men as stated in Revelation.
- Many Christians do not ever read and do not obey the Holy Bible
- Some Christian churches are turning left wing and are embracing the values of the left
